Should you decide to instruct us to sell your property we would offer the following services:

•⁠ ⁠We will provide a for-sale board.

•⁠ ⁠Your property will be marketed on all the major online portals, such as Rightmove, Zoopla, On The Market, our Website, etc - as well as across all of our social media platforms and the local newspaper.

•⁠ ⁠A WhatsApp group will be set up with the agent, the property manager and yourselves so that you are kept up to date at all times with developments or information.

• You will also have access to your very own personalised property file & Smartr mortgage portals for live, up-to-date info as well as documents (Should you choose to take advantage of our house mortgage services)

•⁠The write-up of your property will be of the highest standard and include a detailed walkthrough (we can also arrange a video walk-through).

•⁠ ⁠You will receive weekly reporting showing portal activity and engagement so that you can see how the property is performing.

•⁠ ⁠All viewings will be conducted by the agent who valued the property (barring extenuating circumstances) so that they are familiar with the layout and details of the property when selling.

•⁠ ⁠We will financially qualify anyone wanting to view with our in-house mortgage advisors so that you are assured potential buyers are in a position to proceed with any offer made.

•⁠ ⁠We can provide in-house solicitors for your consideration and your buyers, but there is no obligation to use them.

•⁠ ⁠We will not tie you into a long contract like most agents. Typical contract lengths vary from 12 to 20 weeks with financial penalties for early release. We offer 8 weeks as standard so you know we are working harder to get your property sold.

•⁠ ⁠Your typical agent fee in the Portsmouth area is between 1% and 1.25% plus VAT.

•⁠ We are always just 1% with no hidden costs (plus VAT) 

•⁠ ⁠If at any point you decide to withdraw from the market, we operate on a no sale no fee
