Mortgage Advisor

Jack joined RBM from the very beginning back in February of 2020, starting out his career as a trainee mortgage adviser. Since then, he has become a fully qualified mortgage and protection adviser, as well as becoming our go to guy for complex and overseas cases.

Where Jack excels is in his ability to break down particularly complex cases to the bare bones, and then find creative solutions to ensure that customers get the mortgages they need. Jack also has great experience working with landlords and manages several portfolios, including a mix of residential and semi-commercial properties. Jack also manages our overseas business, which typically involves UK Expats and Foreign Nationals purchasing investment properties in the UK.

Managing Director/Mortgage Advisor

Matthew has been in the property and finance industry for over 20 years after serving in the Royal Navy as a Submariner, operating onboard HMS Triumph & HMS Turbulent during both the Gulf & Bosnian conflicts.

Matt has successfully run a mortgage brokerage to national awards, as well as running estate agencies both locally and regionally, merging the two together to bring about a fully encompassing service within ROK Marsh & RBM Solutions.

Matt lives in Portsmouth, where he was born and raised. He is a proud father to his four children and his German Shepherd pup, who the business is named after, Reece & Blake, his eldest two, for the initials RB and the M for Marsh, the family name, for RBM Solutions, and his youngest two Riven & Olivia (plus pup Kyla) giving the ROK Marsh title.

Matt enjoys most sports, particularly football & season ticket holder at Portsmouth F.C., as well as a bit of a movie buff. He supports local charities ‘Friends Fighting Cancer’ & forces charity SSAFA.
